Anyone disagree with the idea that the teenager had a right to carry?

Im being serious. With the no permit to carry law getting vetoed, I know a lot of people were in support of the bill that would allow people to carry without a permit.

Lets assume the daddy was just trying to scare the shite out the 17 year old and the 17 year old felt threatened, could it be self defense?

Before anyone accuses me of having a certain view on the no permit to carry law that got vetoed, my view on this is as followed: It wouldn't make a difference to me one way or the other. It would be just like it is now. You have your people who have a permit to carry.... who carry and you have people who don't have a permit.. who still carry. So I don't care one way or the other.

federal and state laws prohibit a minor from having a hand gun except under very few instances - going to sneak in for poon is not one of those instances.

no it is not self defense in that situation.

Only lesson I see here, is that you should shoot quicker.

It would be nice if the authorities would allow the Widow the right to smother the kid with a pillow or cut his throat.

Yes.

You don't have a rt to a stolen firearm.

Oweo, the clear lesson here is that if someone breaks into your home - shoot first, to kill, and ask questions later. Taking mercy on some POS that has the audacity to break into your home will probably get you killed.
