True. But, in the 80s and even into the 90s, the place I wanted to live in the future was Chateau Estates. Now, you can get a fairly large house for a decent price in Château Estates because it’s surrounded by crap. Plus, when you look at the houses in there that are for sale. they look like you've been transported back to the 70s.

Kenner has a ton of potential but they elect idiots that are more concerned with whetting their beaks than addressing glaring issues. 0 commercial synergy, petty decision making, and graft, tons and tons of graft. Ben Zahn and those awful elevator boots he wears should be drawn and quartered.
