The comment section should make for good lunch time reading.

Sissoko has had offers come in, but only from Middle Eastern clubs. However, he has no urge to move there. (Has a family/young kids, so I can sympathize with that.)

Somewhat new spurs fan here. Y'all think Harry Kane gone or not. This team looks to be good without him but could be borderline great with him.

Last week I would've said 100% gone, but the longer this goes on the more I think he may be forced to stay. Just hoping it doesn't ruin the mood if he does stay. I'd prefer to take the money and rebuild at this point.
The squad can be good without him, but they need to find a CF who can play hold up if so. It may work, but I don't love Son in that role.

Yeah same.

However at this late stage I’m hoping he stays, because I can’t see them finding any sort of replacement. And if they did manage to find a worthy replacement how much would Levy have to overpay that players club knowing the Kane money just came in.

I think Kane will knuckle down and do his job this season, and I’m hoping that’s good enough to at least land the club in Europa league at the end of the year, and the money that comes with that. Then you can sell Kane for at least 100m I imagine with two years left on his contract, and perhaps come out ahead of the 150m Levy was looking for when you add in the European football money.

Then again Kane could get injured again, or under perform, and his value takes a massive hit.

Had city just paid the $150m, or whatever amount Levy wanted, 3-4 weeks ago I would’ve been fine with Kane leaving. Now I’m hoping he tells them to frick off, and enjoy finishing 2nd or 3rd without a striker.

However this plays out, one thing is for certain, Kane’s reputation has taken a massive hit.

Anyone know how to watch the game today? Supposedly paramount+ has the conference league games, but doing a search on their app just pulls up two games today, neither of which are Tottenham.

Anyone recommend a streaming site these days? It’s been a while since I’ve had to use one. I usually just go to hdmatches to watch completed games, but they usually just have league games or big matches for the top clubs. I’m sure they won’t have any conference league qualifiers.

Unfortunately, I don't think Paramount+ is showing this one. Which is a shame because we'll miss Bryan's debut.

They’ve only been showing random games during these early rounds. Sucked because I wanted to watch that Rangers-Malmo game last week.

The r/coys match thread is in mid-season form already. Everyone needs to be sold ASAP according to them.

ETA: And now Nuno needs to be sacked. 30' into the first half.

The BBC live commentary makes it sound like it's basically Bryan Gil and a USL squad out there.

Match can be found on YouTube. Just search "Tottenham pacos de Ferreira". Should pop up.

Yeah. That first half looked exactly like a bunch of players that have never played together. They didn’t even come close to creating a chance.

I’m not putting much stock into this since there 0 players out there from the Starting XI vs Man City

In fact it just highlights to Nuno, Paratici, Levy, etc who the dead weight is and who to ship out before the transfer window closes
