I'm so embarrassed but I watch this, Nancy Drew, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina (before it got canceled). Nancy Drew has steadily gotten better, while Riverdale has gotten worse after Season 1.
But the Riverdale Reddit page is often hilarious as people post terrible memes, cringey dialogue, etc.
It also makes for a pretty good drinking game. Like, take a shot every time Veronica says, "My BFF Katy Keene!" or when they intentionally change the name of a well-known brand (e.g. Share BnB, 23-Hour Fitness, Glamazon.com, etc.).
I wish they would have killed off Riverdale and continued with Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, but at least Nancy Drew has vastly improved since its premiere.

So much this! Riverdale started out OK and just got worse and worse. Every good storyline somehow got messed up. The dads were by far the best.
Nancy Drew is a much better show! I really enjoy it and as a fan of the books 50 years ago, I love the throwbacks to things in the book series.
