It’s this kind of behavior that causes everybody to suffer. Yes, he is using the literal wording g of the law to make an absurd statement on his 2A rights. Common sense interpretation of that law is that a citizen and have their pistol strapped on while doing such things as traveling to and from their destination for sporting activities. A boat ramp or while going to a hunting camp. It’s pretty common sense. Wearing an AR15 on Clearwater beach while carrying his fishing pole with the Don’t Tread in Me flag is just being an a-hole. Clearwater Beach is a Park as are all beaches in Florida. The city of Clearwater has every right to trespass him from that location. If his makes a public spectacle of himself then the have probably cause to arrest him for Disorderly Conduct as it is a misdemeanor being committed in the presence of a police officer. It’s guys like this jackass that screw things up for everybody else. Flame away.

Sadly, people with your mindset have been around since the beginning of time and always will be. They even gave our Founding Fathers a lot of trouble for rocking the boat. I for one am grateful for the 3%ers who are willing to do what the majority isn’t and that our forefathers ignored the dissenters and chose dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery.
