No.
It's 12,000 feet long and you can land anything on it. From a Cessna 150 to an Airbus A380.
That runway should've been destroyed the moment the last USAF freighter took off from it.

I wonder how long it is before we have to build another airbase in order to take back the airbase we abandoned in perfect condition.
