If i recall most of them were just hoping to get it off the ground and see how long he’d be here. Moscow has always been pretty dry in contrast to the other 2. I don’t think Conlan ever goes on the pod but his writing cracks me up

Yeah he sat in for a while when moscow was out with covid and he was on the post match pod Saturday.
If he goes with a 4222 do those two behind the forwards usually sit wide enough to where Raphinha, Jack, and James would naturally fit in?

Not sure how that works but I’ve read how it could also be more like a 4-4-2 or a 4-2-3-1
Sounds like either way Phillips would have a fellow deep lying midfielder and possibly Bamford with a partner. I think we could see Rodrigo thrive in a 4-4-2
Ah ok i still haven’t listened to the post match, just listened to the Berardi pod where he talks about “accidentally” judo kicking the Accrington Stanley guy on his debut

Sounds like Marsch made a good first impression in the press conference.

Ready to Marsch for 3 points

If Patty has a setback everyone going to blame Roberts for hugging him.
Edit: haven’t read any press conference stuff but are people still complaining about being a global club and selling the soul of Leeds for sake of staying in the premier league?

Im watching the conference now, he’s very impressive and promoting Mark Jackson feels like a good move. the comments are cracking me up.
“Lets slam dunk Leicester!”
“It’s a 4 quarter game lads”
“Start Kalvin at quarterback”

Leeds forward Tyler Roberts' season appears to be over after the club confirmed he has undergone surgery on a ruptured hamstring tendon.
Damn, he gets a lot of shite from fans but i was looking forward to seeing what he could do under Marsch. One less senior player to count on

Yeah I was curious how he would mesh in this system.
Hopefully Bamford gets some time Thursday.

Edit: I also like his take on Harrison.
quote:
JM admires Harrison's genial character but adds "Its ok to be a nice young man, but also a son of a bitch on the pitch. I just want to give him the confidence of the ideas of our football and achieve. Be more decisive and clear what the last actions can be."

Absolutely have to beat Norwich Sunday and Wolves will probably be another beat down, then hopefully can reset and come back better after the break.
What’s it like following in the goatship week to week?

If we lose Sunday we’re done. Zero doubt. Cant believe it’s come to this
No one will say this because he’s always been a scapegoat but we really need Cooper back. Team is missing his vocal leadership
