That Weatherby is 20 years old now. An old first generation Ultralite in 300 Weatherby Magnum. It did great; if anything it may be too much gun. Knowing what I know now; a 7mm-08, 308 or even a 30-06 would be plenty.
The side by side is a Heym 89B. I’ve got a post in this forum with more pics and descriptions of it.

Sold guns back in the late 90s in college…. Have an appreciation for a fine piece. Sold a good bit of weatherby, sako, Dakota and perazzi stuff….

Shot an accumark 30-378 at a pig this past season at a buddy’s place. It’s a damn beast.
