Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney
Going to be redistricted out and lose their primary, respectively.
And good riddance to them.

If you can find 3 posts of mine in the past decade where I effectively praise Cheney and Kinzinger, I'll eat crow here with no hesitation.
Otherwise, stop making shite up you can't prove as fact.

McConnell-backed candidate vs. Trump-backed candidate in a primary.
What if I told you more often than not, they're endorsing the same person and thus when that candidate wins, Mitch will have much more leverage over him than Trump could ever have?
As long as Trump keeps endorsing establishment stalwarts who kiss his arse and blow smoke up it, Mitch has the leverage here.
Mitch and and Trump endorsing different people is few and far in between so that negates your point.

You Do understand that Trump could endorse one of their primary opponents and get Mitch out that way .
He's not doing that enough for it to matter and constitute an anti Mitch majority.

Trump endorsements have not meant much thus far.
Trump needs to quit fighting with McConnell. It is foolish.
We need to win in 2022. I think Trump wants republicans to lose in 2022.

Already addressed this point above.
It may not be great for grassroots conservatism but its great for Mitch and as long as enough GOP senators agree with that, Mitch stays where he is.

I voted straight republican ticket here in Kentucky. Given who was on the ballot there was no other way to vote.

You could have written in a candidate. Voting straight ticket is never the answer.

I don't think you did. Your examples of winning negotiations against marxist democrats is piss poor at best. Got anything that constitutes a republican, if not conservative, win?

For the last 6 years, Trump endorsements been pretty conventional and standard for a republican but he has some great gems that has been very important like Ron DeSantis and in my opinion, DeSantis is the most consequential endorsement he's ever made in his life and we can't thank him enough for it.
Trump has also made some really dumb endorsements that enabled the democrat to win or was just simply only a lateral move to another GOPe republican only because that candidate flattered the hell out of the President.

You may not like the result from a conservative standpoint but Mitch likes it and as long enough as enough GOP senators agree with it, that's all that matters.
You're arguing against numbers here, GOPe numbers that's indisposed against Trump.

Why didn't he endorse enough candidates to keep the House? to keep the Senate? if his endorsements are so influential?

Trump's endorsement of McConnell in 2020 was indeed shitty and a mistake on his part.

Not to defend the uniparty cheerleader here, but redistricted refers to Kinzinger (D-IL) and primary refers to spawn of Palpatine.

Ted Cruz (2018)
Double edged sword here.
Trump endorsement of Cruz may have brought out the rural conservative voters and enough hard R's to save Cruz but it also energized a lot of democrats and left leaning suburb voters and gave us the Beto wave in Texas that wiped out a lot of GOP officials.
Trump's endorsement of Cruz may have been necessary but damn there was a lot of puckered buttholes on election night.
Greg Abbott was the only republican that was completely safe that year and 100% favored to win.

I'm talking about Kinzinger. Illinois democrats are going to redistrict him out of his seat and he's going full MSNBC republican to save his arse and if unsuccessful, set himself up for a lot of lucrative "Strange new respect" in the green rooms of MSNBC and CNN.
You need to understand what respectively means.

No, STRAIGHT TICKET VOTING did that. That's why it was removed for 2020 and beyond.
