Went to the Excellence in Punta Cana for ours. Stayed on the resort the whole time and really loved it. Beautiful water, great restaurants, and the shows at night were pretty enjoyable.

A lot depends on your budget? If it were my Honeymoon and money was no object, I would choose St Lucia and stay at Jade Mountain.
