Cy Vance's team plans to bring narrowly focused charges in its probe of the Trump Organization, Ron Fischetti claims.

Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance has indicated he does not currently plan to charge the Trump Organization with crimes related to allegations of "hush money" payments and real estate value manipulations, according to a personal lawyer for Donald Trump.

Ronald Fischetti, a New York attorney who represents the former president, said on Monday that in a meeting last week, he asked Vance’s team for details on charges they were considering.

According to Fischetti, members of Vance’s team said they were considering bringing charges against the Trump Organization and its individual employees related to alleged failures to pay taxes on corporate benefits and perks. It has been widely reported that those perks included cars and apartments and appear to only involve a small number of executives.

“We asked, ‘Is there anything else?’” Fischetti told POLITICO. “They said, ‘No.’”

“It’s crazy that that’s all they had,” he added.

Vance has spent years investigating the Trump Organization. His team went to the Supreme Court to get authorization to seize Trump’s personal tax returns — meaning his investigators know more than just about anyone about the former president’s finances.

The Washington Post reported last month that Vance’s office convened a grand jury to decide whether or not to bring charges against the Trump Organization or Trump himself.

So Michael Cohen was breathing hot air again and a grand jury failed to bring charges on Trump.

a) either Trump is as clean as a whistle after all of the investigations

or

b) he made a deal with them he wouldn't run for President.

I am going with 'a' and 'b' because we all know they can and would compose a crime and indict a ham sandwich. If a deal was made good for Trump---I only say there could have been a deal---- because usually they have no problem committing prosecutorial misconduct

how do you explain all the times they never got him before he ran in 2020??

This is the same as it always is: a fishing expedition to get trump, but if we can’t get him, we’re going to run his name through the mud and have our propagandists make it seem as if he’s guilty anyways, even if he’s not.

Rinse, repeat. Repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat

Anyone who doesn’t see that this is a political smear job has their eyes closed. Just like the two fake impeachments , just like the Charlottesville lie, just like the mocking of Trump telling the truth about being wiretapped, or the fallen soldiers insult which never was uttered…
