The worst part is this probably has happened a ton of places. I'm not some moral high horse B1G fan, but it seems impossible that it only happened at B1G schools. It probably happened at a ton of schools and people just haven't come forward yet.
It's a very sad state of affairs. This is an extreme use of power to be cringe

It’s now reasonable to ask if there was something larger going on.
These are the largest and most powerful institutions in the Midwest and for OSU, UM, PSU and MSU all to have these scandals happening at the same time with each administration looking the other way for decades defies logic and strains credulity.
Who was covering for these people and why? Why were the police never involved at any of the schools and who made that decision?
It takes incredible juice to make an investigation like that go away and the list of people with that authority is very short.
