It is amazing how things are never about behavior.
How disparate outcomes might be driven by different behaviors.
Blacks speed more. They follow all traffic laws less. And they follow less pedestrian rules as well.
Further they often live in urban areas with more traffic.
This all contributed to the disparity found. But this isn't talked about because following laws is considered being white according to a Smithsonian poster...
