Agreed, it will be used for their gain. The rest I don't know about.
I know there were reports and negligence. That's what makes it the perfect target if they were going to. It provides the cover story. The fact that it was largely Jewish tenants is the icing on the cake.

Why is everything a grand conspiracy?
Perhaps it was just neglected maintenance that finally collapsed and not some grand conspiracy?
