The flashes of light before the building fell. The fact that the building fell like a controlled explosion. The fact that a building made of concrete just randomly fell at 1:30 in the morning.

When buildings crumble gravity tends to pull them down rather than sideways. Also pretty sure most buildings are designed to do that anyway. Also not sure why you would expect a terrorist to set off a controlled explosion.

Sandy earth and salty air is probably the worst environment for concrete and rebar. The building had been cracking for a while. There was new construction going on next door and residents were concerned about their building shaking.
