Why would Vitello have been such a better hire?

Based on resumes, what makes Vitello better?

And as a side note..Some of y'all really thought we had a chance at Corbin?

He wouldn't have been a better hire. They're both mediocre AF for arguably the top program in college baseball.

Proven Texas/SEC recruiter and developer.

I don't know about him being better but its hard not to be impressed with him taking a shite Tennessee program to Omaha quickly in his coaching career. His background and what he did while at TCU and Arkansas was very valuable as well.

I would say his turnaround of Tennessee is more impressive than Johnson at Arizona but I guess we will see how this hire plays out down the road.

It’s much harder to win at Tennessee than Arizona.

Tony’s recruiting track record is insane.

Jay is barely above .500 in the pac 12 with 1 really good year and another Omaha trip.

This was a mediocre hire and A&M got a better guy.

I love this “lol at anyone who thought Corbin”

Where were you with that take last week?
