The hotels they demolished were terrible and were struggling. A nicer name brand hotel with Mestizo incorporated into it would do pretty well there (Hilton, Hyatt...whatever is not already nearby). LSU game days alone would pay their bills.

But I suspect that LWCC wants to eventually put a new office building there.

they just finished a pretty significant remodel.

And LWCC is very wealthy because they charge high premiums to employers and are very stingy when it comes to claims. so just another insurance company...

I worked at the raddison you're talking about by TJ ribs while I was in college.
