Hasn't there been a bunch of people here claiming EV's won't have any effect on the power distribution system?

The EV fad has a bunch of people acting irrational.

Pretending we already have magic battery technology, blindly believing manufacturer's mileage numbers, etc. On some financial forum the other day people were saying Ford a tech company now.

No, every thread, people break down what would be needed. I've never seen a "bunch of people here" saying there'd be no effect.
