Memphis Grills makes built in models
They are pricey, though.
Memphis boasts about being able to sear, grill, smoke, etc. on one device. So basically exactly what you are asking.
I remember asking a sales rep at a BBQ store in Houston, about what he would buy given carte blanche. The first thing he pointed at was that Memphis built in.
They advertise that the Elite Model can get up to 700øF

This is exactly what I was looking for. Will need to do some more research, but thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
