kickr and zwift will definitely get you stronger. cant just get on it and ride around watopia though. if you want to get stronger you need to do structured workouts. even if it's less than an hour... intervals and sweet spot are your friend. do a 20 min ftp test on zwift and get after it.

Just finished one of those Sweet Spot rides you mentioned. Fun and challenging. Will definitely be doing these regularly
