I have noticed chatter about Mingo but this is the first thread I paid much attention to him. It did not disappoint

My husband was a 90s army guy who worked out religiously and I think now with a medical discharge and sedentary lifestyle he is still probably under 20-25% body fat. Some people just develop muscle and don't lose it quickly. My therapist commented on my flexibility the other day and I haven't been a gymnast in 25 years A lifestyle like that doesn't go away because you can always do things others never could. So a new to weightloss/working out person has nothing on someone who spent years in hard core military or athletics.

You're flexible or youre flexible for someone doing therapy? Being able to touch your toes is seemingly an incredible feat for most people these days

You're saying muscle atrophy doesn't exist?

Of those athletics were 25 years ago, that's probably not correct.
