I have noticed chatter about Mingo but this is the first thread I paid much attention to him. It did not disappoint
My husband was a 90s army guy who worked out religiously and I think now with a medical discharge and sedentary lifestyle he is still probably under 20-25% body fat. Some people just develop muscle and don't lose it quickly. My therapist commented on my flexibility the other day and I haven't been a gymnast in 25 years A lifestyle like that doesn't go away because you can always do things others never could. So a new to weightloss/working out person has nothing on someone who spent years in hard core military or athletics.
