Low pitch roofs are more likely to leak and need better install and flashing than steeper roofs. What type of design is the roof? Is it a simple gable or a complex design?

It has multiple off shoots and additions as it started out as a cabin 100 years ago and over time had multiple additions. That's my biggest issue is all the angles and hodge podginess of it.
