Says the guy talking about vacation time?

I'm about to lose 3 weeks of vacation time because I didn't use them, and I didn't take paternity leave either.

Those are my choices of effort. I like pushing harder than the other guy, it's helped me double my salary in just the past 4 years. My director negotiated my salary increase on my behalf so I wouldn't leave. (Entry level to Senior Analyst)

lol this is a weak arse argument and you know it. 4 weeks off is just the cherry on top. I regularly lose 5-7 days a year because I don't have time to use them, but when I almost died last year, I was able to take three weeks off with no problem.

So I was wrong about you. Good.

Never said that, ever. I assume that was your boss?
