How is anything I said "fear mongering"? It's just what happens? I'm not saying it's going to snowball into that. I'm simply pointing out that this is the first step to getting there. Is that something the government should be involved in? No.

It's their belief that minorities are offered less. If the pay is posted, then it mitigates some of that perceived bias.

But in all honesty. Housing costs in minority neighborhoods is less than housing costs in white neighborhoods.

But cost, for whatever reason, is not factored into the equation.
