Examples:
Any player in the NFL/NBA/MLB etc, that is paid over $10MM year (league pay and Endorsements), should be capped at $10MM and any $$ over that amount should fund Social Programs and League players that make significantly less than them..

HELL, it could help Megan Rapinoe with her "woman sports are underpaid" argument..as this could bring them up in pay and at the same time fund all the SJ they want! WINNING!!!
