I don't think any POC has ever been voted out because they were a POC. I do think there have been seasons where POC have had a harder time finding a spot in the house, and/or galvanizing an effective alliance. Was that because they were a minority, or just the dynamics of the house that season? Maybe a little of both. It certainly is not a defining characteristic of the show though.
