Nowhere in the US has ever been what can reasonably be described as locked down. Not like what was seen in other countries. Many of those countries still have significant mitigation policies in place because they don't have as much access to vaccines yet.

So yeah, I agree with you. Florida (and many other states) has been doing quite well since vaccines became available.
