Kind of tough when anything 6” on either side is called a strike for their pitcher.

When you can’t get a handle on the strike zone, it’s hard to adjust.

Hard to make contact when you have to cover everywhere from your ankles to your neck while also having to go 6 inches inside.

Exactly our guys don’t know the zone and are swinging at bad pitches. Normally you could take the cutter out of the zone but bc he is got a big zone You are worried about a fastball that gets called.
