The integrated neighborhoods on which the ENTIRE "study" was based are from 1940. Not 2021!
Were they to do the study today, the results might be different. E.g., an acquaintance of mine who is an affluent non-democrat, and his wife is GOP, has a Black neighbor. The neighbor's last name is Jordan.
