Damn, my company needs to get with the times and update there's. We are still on 401k


work-life balance: 10-15 minutes commute depending on "traffic", 8am-4pm M-F, can take off at the drop of the hat for kids events/Dr. 5 weeks PTO, but can easily stretch it out since it doesn't count as a PTO day when I work 1/2 days. Health/dental/vision paid 100% for entire family
