We did add a water pump to the circuit, but that’s all that’s new and it’s hardly ever on. We did add about 8 more plug ins to the whole circuit, but nothing is plugged into them.

The frequent tripping may have indeed weakened the breaker and a new 15a might get you back to where you were but unlikely to stop the problem. There is a decent chance it is the motor in your pump cycling and the inrush current is tripping the breaker that already has a load on it. It may be time to run a dedicated circuit for the highest load which is likely the pump motor.

If I had to bet I would guess your pump motor load runs afoul of NEC 220.14(C) calculations.
