Almost felt like he had money on LSU and was trying to get a balk with all of the pick off moves.

I don't think Oregon had anyone in the pen, so it's not like they were buying time.

He didn’t do that on his own. That came from his coach. You could see the first baseman looking to the dugout waiting for the sign after every pick off attempt.

Their coaches outsmarted themselves looking for a squeeze. Dunn and Manieri aren’t the only coaches who screw up. Nobody’s perfect. Nobody.

The pitcher and first baseman did not interpret the sign in the same way. The pitcher thought he was picking off again and the first baseman thought the pitcher was going to pitch and he left the bag.

To see if Thompson was squaring to bunt. They were worried about the squeeze bunt.

I can see that for the first 2 attempts, but once you got to 4, it became comical.

Has anyone counted how many times he threw over? I'm saying at least 8 times

Oregon was trying to get LSU to tip their hand if we were going to bunt - Somers was just doing what his coach signaled. The only problem was they guessed wrong and Somers didn't get the last signal. They knew Beloso wasn't a threat to steal. Thompson did a great job of not tipping off anything.

Uh We showed bunt on the first pitch

Then they decided to throw to 1st 15 times after we already showed bunt
