No. But apparently a lot of Skip’s guys have been pushing hard for this hire. Makes zero sense. We saw what happens when a good ole boy gets hired for no other reason than his past as a player at LSU: back to back basketball seasons in which the team voted to sit out the post season and then posted the worst record in 50 years.

If we don't hire Schlossnagle, he's going to take the A&M job. And then he will make their program an annual contender and that will be one more hurdle we'll have to get over each season.
Right now, though, Schlossnagle would still get my No. 1 vote, followed by
Heefner, DBU
Vitello, Tennessee
O'Sullivan, baggage and all
If we hire Bianco, it will be another Johnny Jones hire and we should expect similar results.

They let the football players select Mike Archer as HC, and that didn’t turn out well. Neither did Skips choice of Smoke, or Dale’s choice of Johnny. Let Woodward do his magic.
