If my employees political beliefs do not affect their work product then they are none of my concern. I would prefer that if they are in a position that puts them in the public eye (which SVG is) that they keep political discourse to an absolute minimum to avoid alienating others who do not agree with their political views. I’d say the same thing if he was posting or retweeting pro-MAGA things. But that’s only a preference because at the end of the day, I’m not going to micromanage their social media usage.

Stan’s Twitter was always going to be an easy scapegoat if the Pels were losing because he’s all over it more than most other coaches. The only issue I have (and it’s small beans compared to all his other coaching shortcomings) is how much he uses it.

The irony here, you not specifically because yours is low, is that most of the time this complaint comes from people on here with post counts in the tens of thousands lol.

Personally I don't think a half dozen to a dozen posts a day is really going to inhibit anyones life. Most people in their lives take breaks to zone out, blow off steam, socialize with groups of people with shared interests etc. This is one of Stan's outlets, so eh, as far as those go this is pretty whatever
