Juban is getting bad with the thuggery and theft. LPSO can’t do much about the theft and low level stuff because of covid restrictions at the jail and word has got out. They really need strong enforcement there if they want the business and paying customers to stick around.

I see that all the time even pre covid. Apparently big box stores and chain stores are doing less and less about shoplifting and people just walk out with items.
