LSU made Nick Saban just as much as he helped make LSU. What has he done out side of LSU??? What has LSU done without Saban???

And to get back on track, anyone have the complete list of LSU players on NFL rosters (or know where i can find it?)
List also says 22 of those 41 are starters, that is pretty awesome.

Agreed, this post was not a Nick Saban praise party it was a tread to show how LSU is on the rise in the NFL.

He's right. Nick Saban has brought LSU back to the top. Top notch recruiting and 1 and 1/2 championships. He's done a lot for us.

I know a lot of people here don't like Dinardo, but there were a few of his guys in the league.

Props to them, although I wouldn't count practice squad guys like they're doing. Technically they're not on the 53-man roster.

Saban recruited well and coached 'em up pretty good, so he definitely has influenced LSU in the NFL. But he also took advantage of the cream of the crop blue chip players that La. had to offer in order to make his success. To that end, he was successful, but it wasn't all of his own doing, he had an advantage being in La. with all of the high school talent that is here.

I'd also like to point out I didn't understand how Keith Zinger got drafted...I even called in to the rant radio show about this (on this first show)...turns out he's a practice squad guy in the end while undrafted Ali Highsmith (also ranted about this on the rant radio) man the active 53-man roster.

Dinardo's guys couldn't win enough to keep his job at LSU. N. Saban did, therefore he deserved all the credits.

What the f*** kind of lsu fan comes to this site and states that lsu has 1 and 1/2 titles. there is no 1/2 a bcs title you fargin jagoff.
