Do you really think Crowton picks his QBs based on RELIGION??? Dude ... if you ever had any credibility on this board, it's now gone forever.

Wrong...guess again.
quote:

I've always had a tremendous amount of respect for the guy. Super talented and super well spoken on air. Low key and in control. He also went as far to note that he didn't see much leadership from the coaching staff either.

You are almost as big a fan of Marcus Allen as I am! Eh, Small world. I love watching highlights of him. What did you think of his body? It was perfect for a running back in my opinion.
Sorry if I raised my voice.

Regardless of whether you like him or not, don't you think he knows a little about playing championship football in the NFL?

YES, WHICH IS PARTLY WHY I EXPRESSED MY DEEP LOVE FOR HIM ALREADY.

I WAS TRYING TO AGREE WITH YOU

They both like Gummy Bears?

You're getting warmer...

I observed Marcus Allen today on ESPN saying that nobody on the field last night for the Raiders showed any type of leadership. Does he count as one of those people who know alot more than me?

I like Marcus Allen. I believe anything he says. SERIOUSLY.
I would say Lee is the better golfer. I doubt Hatch can drive the ball 100 yards.
Just think about it...WHY does Crowton have such a deep liking for Hatch?
Their attitudes don't help them much either.
You make some good points, my friend. But what would you say if I told you I was Bill Romanowski?

I'd have to go with Sirius. It's siriusly the best out there.
Do we really know why Crowton likes Hatch so much? Do I need to spell it out?

Proves your football knowledge. Arm strength is not just the ability to throw it for a mile, its the ability to make all kinds of throws with enough zip. It also gives him an advantage when his recievers arent getting enough separation so he could zip it in a tighter window.

You have opened my eyes.

quote:

Touch? Watch his junior year at LSU to learn what a college QB's touch throws are supposed to be. Watch his game against SD to see that touch throw for a 30 yd touchdown against an AFC runner up defense. Accuracy? Just watch last night's game and see some of the throws he made. If that isnt accurate, then Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are bum NFL QBs.

Sorry man, I didn't know you were so sensitive on this subject. It's funny you mentioned Tom Brady as a "bum" NFL QB. That's the best pun I've heard in a while! He sure is a bum now! LOL!

quote:

Leadership? Says who? Have you ever been on the field with him? Then why is it that every player that's played with him has called him a good leader? Wasnt he voted a captain for last night's game?
Decision making.......Any QB in the league has made a LOT of bad decisions, especially in their first few years. Hell, Peyton Manning threw 20+ INTs his first season, and after 10 years in the league, he had a 6 INT game against the Chargers last season. JR didnt do anything horrible yesterday. Yes he did fumble, but thats about it. Every time they got going on they got negated by penalties.

Every single player that's played with him said that? Well, I feel like a moron now. Why didn't someone mention that earlier, before I humiliated myself on the internet!?!?!? What if my mom sees this thread? Yeah, you're right though, Peyton didn't do so well his first pro season. Maybe I'm being a little hard on JR. How long can he be terrible for before I start to make fun of him?

One I can understand

The other, not so much.
Proof or it's not possible.

I will get back to you

Please do

wow you post are a little misleading if your claiming to be an lsu fan.

I'm just a bit too critical at times, but I still love LSU football.

quote:

you've done nothing but rag our starting qb, so im going to rag you. dont come on here and talk about people if you cant get it in return.

I'm not "ragging" on our starting QB. I'm just saying he's not very good. I didn't say anything about the man personally. For all I know, he is a very religious christian with the right beliefs and values.

You might be just as good of a person as Hatch is, but I'm starting to think otherwise with all the hateful comments you make towards me.
Using the quote feature would be nice, seeing as we have no idea what you're responding to.

DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE AGAIN
Well, after watching him play at LSU, it became pretty evident. Also, after hearing him speak at the National Championship game, I find it very hard to believe you can lead a football team without being able to speak the English language.

Once Jamarcus becomes consumed with wealth and realizes he's not cut out to be a NFL quarterback, and thus fades away, get back to me.

wrong. the only skill valued by NFL teams is moxie.

Matt Flynn's middle name is Moxie.
