I really have no idea why other people on TRT bothers you so much. Kind of disturbing and creepy.

I mean, I find it a bit concerning that males in or just leaving what should be their physical prime being deficient in the most important hormone in their body causing moodiness, fatigue, etc. Seems to not be a good thing for society, no?

I really have no idea why so many people on it are so damn defensive. If you have a legitimate medical condition I'm clearly not talking about you.

But we've seen an insane increase in the use of TRT in the less than a decade, why?

Just curious if anyone has had much success with improving levels via diet and/or better sleep. For example, I know some foods can impact positively but I’ve never made a big effort to consume more of those.

I think Mingo is just generally asking about trends. Somehow having low T has entered the lexicon and is a major concern for a lot of young people. The symptoms for young men are largely the amorphous:

fatigued?
not as awesome as you once were?
Trouble focusing on really boring shite?

This is an area ripe for aggressive medical marketing - basically a product on search of a problem. Everything about how low T can be marketed, diagnosed and treated may well mirror the advent of ADHD as a vehicle to deliver some really fun drugs to people looking for an edge.
