There is also a lot of cash pay clinics that don't necessarily care if you NEED TRT. If you want it and your levels are on the lower half of the spectrum, they'll get it. There is good money in wellness/anti-aging.

While there are always abuse issues, you should never fault someone for trying to live their life in a better state.
If some 30-40 year old is rocking T in the 200-400 range and they feel like being in the 800-1000 range, let them be. It is not your problem or concern.
