Different circumstances. She didn't run for anything and get duly elected to be in a position to make those decisions. I would still be pissed, but most of my frustration would be towards the ignorant electorate that voted the said idiot into that position of responsibility.

She took it upon herself to defraud taxpayers.

And yes, I am generally anti-government and feel the same way towards anyone. Tax dollars aren't yours to use to increase your bank account.
