I’m doing smoked chicken thighs on the green egg. I mix dukes Mayo, saracha, a little Worcestershire, and AP Seasoning together. Coat the thighs and cook them indirectly at 250-275. The Mayo cooks off and they always turn out delicious. Of course I’ll be doing hot dogs in the meantime.

All of these are good suggestions. Smoked mac and cheese to go along with a butt sounds great as well. I’m doing a tenderloin Friday night so the butt would be perfect for Saturday or Sunday.
