Wondering why a Shreveporter gives two flying fricks about port pilots? Any port pilot issues in Shreve?

Maybe due to what’s coming in. A lot of tankers are diverting to Mobile and Houston because they say frick those fees. That’s a lot of money not going to the states coffers

Because ship traffic moving to Houston or mobile affects the whole state and not just plaquemines parish.
