That's the one place I recommend wearing gloves.
They do a ton of catering gigs, of which I’ve been to 20-30. Their seasoning is really good and the crawfish are excellent if you get them from the bottom of the bins the serve them out of. The crawfish at the bottom have been soaking in the residual water that has accumulated along with all the seasoning they dusted the crawfish with. The crawfish served off the tops of the bins are meh at best.

They also stole the name from the restaurant in mermentau that’s been there forever
