Have been keeping some cash on the sidelines for a while and researching crypto and reading here for about a year. This dip is starting to look pretty solid to me. So, you old hats, what do you like best at current pricing thinking short term, like summer/early fall where the previous cycles suggest the run may top out. looking for 3-5 total projects and would be ecstatic at 2-3x off this drop. Also understand tax implications. just curious about where y'all would go.

ETH
LINK
BNB
ADA
CAKE
THETA
VET
or other.

Also, i know BTC long term, but just thinking shorter here

ETA: changed shitty first title

You aren't going to know exactly where the bottom is unless you have a copy of Gray's Investing Almanac.

If the dip created a good buying opportunity, jump on it.

I'm not hunting the exact bottom, just curious what some of y'all, who are way smarter than me, think has best value at current pricing.

Don’t do what I did. I bought Chainlink at $29 bucks today, it’s currently at $23.

Damn.

BTC currently in 30s would be an excellent short term bet to 2-3x.

Buy things you can get a lot of. For example, I made thousands just by playing the swings on GRT, Crypto.com coin, Polkadot, ADA, and others. But I bought into a lot of these when they were fractions of the price even now. Polka I got in at 4 dollars I think. GRT I got in before it was listed on CB. That would be my strategy to make money, but god does it suck to make a trade and then stare at the screen the rest of the day wondering if you sold at the right time.

If you are going to do dollar-cost-averaging, just buy ones with proven track records, like most of the ones you mentioned.

You really can't go wrong in ETH, LINK, BNB (as long as Ethereum network is congested, BSC is going to continue to flourish), ADA, or VET.

When the market gives a fire sale like the dip we saw today, you can basically take your pick of the top 10 (besides doge...) and come out ahead in a week, assuming the dip corrects back up.

I have “puke” limit orders for ADA, DGB, and VGX about 75% below the current prices.

Your guess is as good as ours in the current climate.

Just don't use money you might need in the next six months. That way you don't NEED CASH NOW during a dip and have to sell at a loss.

The main thing is to wait for the moment. It doesn't matter if it rises or falls. The main thing is to keep your hand on the pulse.
