Even then, that might not constitute a search for the purposes of the Fourth Amendment. A search under the Fourth Amendment has to be a search of a place or somewhere that the person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. Not sure how asking for vaccination status proof fits into that standard.

Businesses are already struggling to find enough staff because we are paying people to sit home on their arse. If you think they are going to further cut staff that’s willing and able to work but refuses a vaccine, you’re in for a surprise.
