Picking up a 2022 Kia Carnival in a few hours.. guessing I tell them to shove any extended warranties??

Don’t those come with 100k powertrain warranty?

Curious to hear your thoughts on the carnival. We will need a new car in the next year or so and it will almost certainly be a van.
I have nothing to contribute to the larger warranty conversation other than to say I’m now on like year 4 of driving around with a check engine light on my 2010 rav4 and I ignore every recall notice I get from Toyota. My wife’s 2008 Lexus RX350 is flashing dashboard warnings that are truly terrifying.
So I guess my approach is buy a new Japanese car, change fluids regularly and ignore everything else until the car dies on you.
