The decision to vaccinate for covid 100% only affects him. If you get covid from him, that means you didn't vaccinate, wear a mask, or social distance. That's a you problem, not him.

That being said... Why do I give a shite about my personal decisions impacting anyone else outside of my immediate family and friends?
Definitely don't give a shite about them impacting some random pro-mask/vaccine "the sky is falling because .03% of people who get this virus die" a-hole.
