Yes, they trotted out "incompetents" as the face of some of this, as a deflection, as a scapegoat.
But, you can't incompetently steal an election by manufacturing hundreds of thousands/millions of votes in critical states. That's the opposite of incompetent.

Two things can be true at once.
While I still think there was absolutely a larger plan in play of stealing the election from multiple fronts by folks in charge at much higher pay grades, my point was specifically with the run of the mill idiots that seemed to be hands on in charge at local election places and who were responsible for the handling of ballots. Half the time it looked like a college dorm room with papers thrown everywhere.
This was one of those, "You never want to see how the sausage is made" sort of situations. When you actually see the people who are directly handling this stuff all you can think of is that the post office seems well run.
