I think that's the right thing to do given how vulnerable the people who live in those facilities are.

Nursing home is one of the few areas where I have absolutely no problem with the operator mandating the vaccine and PPE for patrons and staff.

LDH needs to come up with a solution
Either mandate staff vaccinations or open up & let what happens happen
